Incubation
Process

Applicants fill out and submit an online application to enrol in the three-month incubation programme.

Applications are reviewed and screened.

Shortlisted applicants pitch their idea to the Admissions Committee and the terms of incubation are finalised.

Selected applicants are enrolled in a three-month incubation programme, at the end of which applicants may apply for an extension if necessary.

Mentors guide students to review their proposals and create business plans after conducting research, designing a business model, and developing a complete strategy.

Support is provided for design, testing, marketing, packaging, and final development. Interim review of the progress will be done periodically.
Businesses are evaluated on pre-defined key performance indicators and only those that meet or exceed expectations successfully complete the programme and graduate.

Successful participants will be invited to showcase their business ideas to potential investors and the SparkTank committee which will  then decide whether to become a permanent funding partner.
